I just ordered, when do I get my first box?
Orders ship between the 2nd and 3rd week of the month. If your order came in before the ordering deadline at the end of the month, you will get your first box between the 2nd and 3rd week of the following month. For example, if you ordered January 25th, you would get your first box by 3rd week of February. This allows us time to procure freshly ground exotic spices for each month's subscription. You will also receive tracking info for your shipment as soon as it ships, so you can keep an eye on its progress.
When is the order deadline for each month?
The last day of each month is the last day to complete your order and receive your first box the following month.
How much is shipping?
FREE! Shipping is always free in the United States for subscriptions. We do not currently ship outside the States, but will update this when we do.
How many meals can I make with the spices in my kit?
The recipes in each kit are generally for 4-7 servings & the spices are enough to make all servings for all recipes. Often, there may be extra that you can use to spice up your recipes!
Do you have vegetarian options?
The majority of the recipes will contain instructions for vegetarian substitutions. Most of our recipes are very veggie-friendly!
What do the letter symbols on my recipe card mean?
GF - Gluten Free V - Vegetarian VF - Vegetarian Friendly P - Pescetarian
How can I tell how difficult a recipes is?
The chef hat on the front right corner of your card indicate a skill level from 1 (Easy) 2 (Medium) to 3 (Harder, but definitely doable!). Go ahead and try all the recipes no matter your experience level. We have broken down the steps to make everything super simple for even the busiest of customers. How does gifting a subscription work? When you buy a gift subscription, your recipient will also receive your special gift card in their first box with your gift message on it. Once their subscription expires, they will have the option to continue paying for their own subscription.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship all throughout the United States. We get a lot of requests for international shipping and while we do not ship internationally at this time, we are currently exploring options for our customers outside of the US!
